PME Service Timeout Delay Register @0x224

This register stores the timeout delay parameter for the service timeout mechanism associated with the generation of PM_PME messages. In the Endpoint mode, the Controller will re-transmit a PM_PME message after the expiration of this delay if the Root Complex did not clear the PME Status bit in the Power Management Control and Status Register. This register is not used when the Controller is configured as Root Complex.
