Undersized RX Frame

An Ethernet frame must carry a minimum payload size of 46 bytes for non-VLAN tagged frames and 42 bytes for VLAN tagged frames. If a received frame does not meet this requirement, it is flagged as an undersized and handled according to the precedence rules in Table 1.
