Topaz™ FPGA Family
Topaz™FPGAs offer a streamlined architecture, combining essential features and widely-used protocols like PCIe Gen3, MIPI, LPDDR4, and LVDS. This low-power, feature-rich platform is ideal not only for traditional high-volume FPGA applications but also for replacing custom silicon or embedded processors in a variety of markets.
Trion® FPGA Family
Trion FPGAs are built on a 40 nm lower-power process. They have a logic density range from 4K to 120K logic elements (LEs) and standard interfaces such as GPIO, PLLs, oscillators, MIPI CSI-2, DDR DRAM, and LVDS, making them ideal for low-power applications.
Efinity® Software
The Efinity® software provides a complete RTL-to-bitstream flow. With a simple, easy to use GUI interface and command-line scripting support, the software provides the tools you need to build designs for Titanium™, Topaz™ and Trion® FPGAs.
Efinix is committed to supporting our customers, we provide free licenses for the Efinity software. This free version includes all available features and supports our whole product line. The software also includes a wide range of IP cores, including our popular Sapphire RISC-V SoC.

Development Kits
Our development kits help you get started designing with Efinix FPGAs quickly. With each kit you also receive a license for the Efinity® software. Efinix also provides some daughter cards separately, in case you would like to use more cards than are included in a kit.
