Introduction

The Sapphire RV64 core is a 64-bit CPU using the ISA RISCV64IM with optional A, F, D, C, Zba, Zbb, Zbs, and Zicbom extensions, which has seven pipeline stages (fetch, align-decompress, decode, issue, execute, memory, and writeback), and a configurable feature set. The Sapphire RV64 SoC is an enhanced version of Sapphire RV32 SoC, providing richer microarchitecture features, including cache configuration, memory buses, and I/O selection. The Sapphire RV64 core uses Little Endian memory storage.
