Interface Designer GPIO Block Settings

About this task

The I2C SCL and SDA are bidirectional ports. When using the I2C core to communicate with I2C devices outside of the Trion® FPGA, set the GPIO block as follows:

Procedure

  1. In the Interface Designer, create a new GPIO block.
  2. In the GPIO Block Editor, set the Mode to inout.
  3. Select weak pullup in the Pull Option drop-down list.
