SGMII Converter

This block generates a data valid strobe before feeding the data to the clock tolerance compensation (CTC) FIFO. In 1G mode, the strobe signal is always active. When operating in 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps mode, this strobe is active once every 50/5 cycles to optimize (remove) the unnecessary repeated data.
