FPGAs support dynamic reconfiguration via signals from the core.
You can reconfigure most of the PLL's internal blocks, including:
- N, M, and O counters
- Delta sigma modulator
- Output dividers
- Phase shift
- Output delay
- Inversion on the clock outputs
