Efinity® Software Maintenance Explained

Efinix licenses the Efinity software and provides software maintenance.

• The license gives you permission to use the software for the term of the license. For Trion® and Titanium FPGA support, the Efinity software license term is unlimited. Efinix reserves the right to change the license term in the future.
• Software maintenance gives you the right to software upgrades and patches for the length of the maintenance period. Efinix provides software maintenance in 1-year increments. When the year is up, you need to request another year of software maintenence to continue receiving upgrades and patches. (You can still use the software you already have though.) Request a free 1 year maintenance renewal.

Development kits—When you purchase an Efinix development kit, you receive a license to the Efinity software and 1 year of software maintenance.
