PMA 64B66B Gearbox Core

The PMA 64B66B Gearbox core is designed to bridge both the 64-bit to 66-bit PCS encoding IP and the PMA Direct 64-bit interface. The PMA 64B66B Gearbox core is responsible for converting the incoming data from the PCS encoding IP into the physical medium attachment (PMA) interface for the TX direction and vice-versa.

  • Gearbox Direction parameter for either TX or RX, or both
