Dexcel Electronics Designs Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2000 and is now a subsidiary of Sanlayan Technologies, completing 25 years in 2025. Headquartered in Bengaluru (HAL Old Airport Road), with a European branch office in Bruckmühl, Germany, and a prior presence in Singapore.

Dexcel is a fabless embedded product engineering house operating on a "one-stop solution" model that integrates hardware, FPGA, software, and mechanical design under one roof. ISO 9001 certified, with an in-house assembly unit supporting both prototyping and dual-mode production (Low Volume High Mix and High-Volume Low Mix).

The collaboration model spans turnkey R&D, Time and Material, Offshore Development Centre (ODC), Build-to-Spec, Build-to-Print (BTP), and EMS production, with structured Technology Transfer (ToT) and localisation support for partners entering India.
