Cameron is the Chief Financial Officer of Efinix, bringing more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across the semiconductor and technology industries. He has extensive public company CFO experience and a strong track record guiding growth-stage organizations through capital markets activity, operational scaling, and strategic transformation.
Prior to joining Efinix, Cameron served as Chief Financial Officer of Intevac, Inc., where he partnered with executive leadership on operational and strategic initiatives through the company’s acquisition by Seagate Technology. Previously, he spent eight years as CFO of Transphorm, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed semiconductor company focused on GaN power conversion technologies, leading financial strategy, public company operations, and capital formation.
Earlier in his career, he held senior finance leadership roles at KLA, Atmel, and National Semiconductor. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Mathematics, Statistics, and Accountancy from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and is a Chartered Accountant.
