Cameron McAulay
Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President Finance
Cameron McAulay has served as our Chief Financial Officer since February 2026. Prior to joining us, Mr. McAulay was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intevac, Inc. from July 2024 until March 2025. Prior to Intevac, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Transphorm, Inc. from December 2015 until June 2024. Prior to Transphorm, Mr. McAulay brings more than 24 years of financial leadership experience across the semiconductor and technology industries, and held senior finance leadership roles at KLA-Tencor Corporation, Atmel Corporation, and National Semiconductor Corporation. Mr. McAulay holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Statistics, and Accountancy from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
